I highly recommend this place for anyone with kids no matter the age. They have tons to do for both the parents and kids, the areas are very clean and organized, and though we live 50 minutes away we will be returning with our toddler and child. Gerard was extremely friendly, helpful, and being that we came for a birthday party they really made sure to make it feel special/memorable. I truly cannot say enough positive things about this place and what it offers for the kiddos. If you are ever in the Orlando area with kids, I highly recommend stopping by.
If I had to provide one bit of negative feedback, it was a bit warm (felt around 78ish) but that honestly is my only "complaint"
Great place for kids ! They have a small section for little babies and toddlers .
They have a small snack bar area and cubby hole for shoes and bags to go. Great place for kids to get energy out and play with kids their age . Roughly ages 3-12 (personal opinion) . My daughter loved it and didn’t wanna Leave .

LAWSUIT waiting to happen. Great concept. Ran terribly. This place is a free for all. No employees walking the floors. No employees cleaning or putting things back in place. Toddler area has broken toys CHOCKING HAZARD!! DISGUSTING BATHROOMS. Loose wires, no outlet covers and Metal pieces on the floor. If anything would have happened to my kid I’d sue the hell out of this place.
We rented out the whole venue for my twins party. Melissa was an absolute God-sent. Not only was she super accommodating in so many ways but she is truly a master of her skill, very very talented. She organized such a beautiful beach themed party for my twins and was able to catch some amazing photos when twin A wasn’t having it party or photo wise lol. She is also amazing if you have a special needs child, not only does she understand but in moments where I as a parent got flustered she was able to step in and do exactly what needed to be done. Thank you Kidiverse and thank you Melissa from the bottom of our hearts ❤️❤️❤️
This is the perfect place to take your younger kids on a rainy day in Orlando. Great location right beside the Orlando airport. Skip the expensive parks and come here for reasonably priced hours of fun. The kids had a great time! There are so many things for them to do. Also the staff is extra friendly, especially Gerrod. He was very helpful and quick with processing us when we arrived to start our fun day.
I have no idea how KidUniverse has so many star. This was the dirtiest play place I have ever seen. I had to personally clean and pick up the toddler play area for my child, even picked up a few choking hazards along the way. The staff was bored and unbothered. The cute little playhouse sets, destroyed. Toys everywhere, nothing in the right place. The entire building was a dirty disaster. If you like hand foot and mouth, this is the place for you! Management needs to CLEAN regularly, front desk need to be engaged. (No one could be found when I wanted to purchase dippin dots), and for goodness sake can we PLEASE not allow choking hazards in the TODDLER play area!
Great place for the kids to go wild while the parents chill! Gerard is a great help with showing us how things work and was really nice. Awesome customer service! Definitely will be back!!
I didn’t expect it to be as big as it was. My three year old had a blast. It was $14.99 for her entrance, plus $3.50 for grippy socks. Child and parent need them. The pass is good for all day, and honestly it’s worth it.
The team works very hard to keep all of the toys organized, I imagine it can get a bit hectic.
